Can I use my personal number?
No, we strongly recommend against forwarding personal numbers.
Here’s why:
Your personal number should remain private
Your L17 Assistant functions as a shield, not a replacement
Forwarding a personal number can lead to privacy leaks
It breaks the psychological separation between “work” and “life”
It disrupts the boundary your assistant is designed to protect
However:
If you already have a separate business number, we can forward or port that into your L17 system.
Bottom line: keep your personal line personal.
Can I port a number into L17 AI?
Yes, if it is NOT your personal number.
We can port:
Your business line
A secondary work number
A Google Voice / virtual business line
Any number you currently share publicly
We will not port personal cell numbers.
It contradicts the L17 protection model and breaks your privacy boundary.
Our team manages the porting process for you and will tell you exactly what to expect.
Can I change my call flow and/or outcomes?
Yes, anytime. But call flow and outcome changes are handled by our team, not by you.
That’s intentional.
